Thanks to its infrastructure composed of facilities, accommodation and catering facilities, CIESPAC has many facilities that can promote research and learning.

Throughout your learning experience at the institution, you will need to be motivated by the desire to develop your intellectual, managerial and ability to undertake and take initiatives in the community and in the exercise of your duties. CIESPAC staff is ready to assist you in achieving these goals.

The raison d'être of CIESPAC is not so much to give you a diploma or a title at the end of your training but to make available to the communities a know-how passing by you to help them on a daily basis to solve health problems public. The curriculum that CIESPAC proposes to provide learners can only produce the expected results if each party plays its full part. It is therefore expected on the part of the learners assiduity, punctuality, complete investment of self. Teachers are also required to demonstrate a strong sense of duty, responsibility and use of all possible pedagogical techniques to transmit their knowledge. This is the sine qua non for the harmonious participation of CIESPAC in the challenges of public health and the improvement of the health situation and the vitality of communities.

Regardless of the level at which each person is called upon to practice, it is urgent to develop, in future managers, not the ability to describe situations, but rather to find solutions and put them into practice by confronting them with day-to-day management problems. health structures and even management of public health problems

The decision whether or not to issue a diploma will not be a political decision but will be the result of the efforts you have made throughout your training and the fact that the training program has been fully covered.

The operational structure for training of the OCEAC, CIESPAC is based in Brazzaville in Congo. It was created in 1981 by the resolution of the Inter-State Ministerial Committee 203 / OCEAC / 1981, but actually started its activities in 1988 and suspended them in 1997 due to the socio-political unrest in the Congo. The activities of CIESPAC have gradually resumed since 2008, after the partial rehabilitation of its buildings. It should be noted that the administration and teaching of CIESPAC were mainly carried out by French cooperation from 1988 to 1997 and three diplomas were awarded:

  • The Diploma of Public Health Professional (DPSP) in 1 year;
