On Tuesday, 12 September 2016, the temporary reception ceremony of the new buildings was held at CIESPAC, chaired by the Director of the Cabinet of the Chairman of the CEMAC Commission.

Present at the ceremony were the Executive Secretary of OCEAC, the representative of the Zhengwei company who had built the buildings, the Director of CIESPAC, the Director of the AIC architects' firm who supervised the work, the representative of the client , the Director of Integration of the Ministry in charge of Sub-regional Integration of the Congo, the representative of the BDEAC, the managers of OCEAC and CIESPAC, and many distinguished guests. This ceremony took place in two phases. The first phase of the speeches was attended by six speeches, including those of the Executive Secretary of OCEAC (Dr Roger Constant AYENENGOYE) and the Director of CIESPAC (Ms Elisabeth-Patricia FAYETTE). Then followed, handing the keys of the buildings. The ceremony continued with the signing of the provisional acceptance of the buildings. The final acceptance will take place within 4 months after the equipment has been equipped according to the specifications by the company Zhengwei. The building as it is, can be used by CIESPAC. A cocktail offered by OCEAC closed the ceremony.
